Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be available for anyone who wants to use it, and we definitely recommend it! There will be shuttles leaving the Comfort Suites hotel at 3:00pm, and returning at 9:00pm and 10:00pm. Whether you are unsure about driving up the mountain in the dark, or want to have a little extra fun with us, your safety is important to us :) There will be plenty of room for everyone, so take the worry out of driving and celebrate big with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Comfort Suites in Evergreen, less than 20 minutes from the venue. Please call the hotel directly and refer to the Roberts/Niedringhaus wedding block.

Will the ceremony be held outside?

Answer

YES! We want to take advantage of the amazing mountain views here in Colorado. Unless weather is not permitting, the ceremony will be held outside on the ceremony deck. Please dress accordingly!

The venue is 8,941ft, be sure to stay hydrated!
