Please RSVP by March 5, 2022. You can RSVP in the RSVP tab on our wedding website.
There is plenty of parking at the entrance of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, near the reception location. Parking is free. A shuttle will come pick guests up from the parking lot to go to the ceremony location. The shuttles will also be running after the ceremony to take guests to the cocktail hour/reception area on the property. If you are staying at the South Coast Winery Resort villas for the weekend, the villas will be located between the ceremony and reception areas and you can walk to the ceremony and reception from your room.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. The grass at the ceremony can be a little soft, so rethink stilettoes. The wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing a shawl or a sweater to keep warm at night.
You should arrive at the parking lot or rose arbor garden between 5:00 pm and 5:15 pm. The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm.
The 3-course reception dinner will be served at 7:30 pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour starting at 6:00 pm.
There will be a cash bar available during the cocktail hour and reception. Complementary wine and champagne will be served with your dinner.
Check out our registry linked in the Registry tab on our website. We are registered at Zola, Amazon, Target, Wayfair, and Etsy.
We will be practicing an unplugged wedding ceremony and ask guests to refrain from taking any photos during the wedding ceremony. We will share the professional photos with all of our guests as soon as they are developed. During cocktail hour and reception, we encourage guests to take and post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #spowercouple so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
We have a hotel block at South Coast Winery Resort and Spa, and there are plenty of other lodging options in the area. There is more information about making travel plans in the Travel tab on our website.
We will have a welcome event on Friday night for any friends and family that are in town or are arriving on Friday. It will be at Chubby Cheeks Meadery in Temecula between 7pm and 9 pm. More information can be found in the schedule tab.
We are so excited to see you all on our big day. In the interest of ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests, vendors, and venue employees, we kindly request that you stay home if you are sick or test positive for COVID. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, however dancing will move inside after 10 pm. We will have KN-95 masks and rapid antigen tests available.
