Travel

All hotels in our blocks are located in central Bethesda, Maryland, and are walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the Metro to take you to Washington D.C. and Reagan Airport! Please note that parking costs associated with each hotel run at higher rates than other garages in Bethesda, but are included for your benefit. Please click the 'view' button to access our hotel block at each property. Wedding blocks will close approximately one month out before the wedding so please plan accordingly. ** if your desired hotel shows as unavailable online, please call to book and ensure you mention being part of the Pray-Ferris wedding. Rooms are available, but our contracts require us to call and add rooms to the blocks without getting a notification that our block is full which is why it may show as “unavailable”.

Flight

Reagan National Airport

We recommend our guests flying into D.C. to fly into Washington Reagan Airport, DCA. While the DC area has two other airports, Washington Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI), DCA is the closest and is well connected to public transport to get you to your accommodations. Should you choose to fly into IAD or BWI, please consider the extra costs of taking a taxi or rideshare, considering traffic in DC can get quite intense and each airport is roughly a 45 minute drive from the city.

Train

Union Station

If coming from an east coast city, Amtrak may be a more economical option for you. DC is served by Union Station, and is connected to public transport via the Metro to other areas of the city. We recommend you to book your trip early to avoid price increases and to give yourself some time for any unexpected delays or cancellations.
