Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire: Ranch Chic Style Note: Think relaxed elegance - dressy enough for a celebration, but fitting for a Texas ranch setting. For Women: Floor-length or shorter dresses are welcome. Floral prints are encouraged to complement the outdoor setting, but not required. For Men: Dress jeans or slacks paired with a button-down shirt. Jackets and suits are welcome but not required. Footwear: Cowboy boots are highly encouraged!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will provide end-of-night transportation for guests who RSVP. Shuttles will run from the Hofmann Ranch venue to the Staybridge Suites at Lackland AFB. See the Accommodations tab for more hotel details. Guests may leave their cars at Hofmann Ranch overnight - please plan to pick them up between 9am-noon the following day. Rideshare drop-offs at the venue are encouraged. See more below.

What is the transportation schedule?
Answer
We want to ensure everyone has a safe ride back to the hotel. For those who have RSVP'd with interest - we will have a 25-passenger bus pickup at 9:00 PM. There will be a second charter bus at 10:00PM for the remaining passengers. The bus will pickup at Hofmann Ranch and drop off at Staybridge Suites Lackland. Feel free to stay and mingle in the common areas of the hotel :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp; we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to settle in and find a seat.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, we know that some guests are traveling with very young children. Babies and toddlers under 3 are welcome - we just ask that parents step away during the ceremony if little ones get restless. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a relaxed, joyful atmosphere for everyone!
