The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Guests may begin arriving around 3:30pm and the bar will be open to grab a pre-ceremony refreshment if you are so inclined.
Yes, there will be a shuttle service to and from the venue. It will stop at all three hotels, so no worries there. Schedule will be posted at front desks of hotels as well as here: 3:05 PM: Hampton Inn 3:15 PM: Best Western 3:25 PM: Microtel 3:35 PM: Crispin Hill 3:45 PM: Hampton Inn 3:55 PM: Best Western 4:05 PM: Microtel 4:15 PM: Crispin Hill Starting at 7pm, the shuttle will bring guests from Crispin Hill to all three hotels on a continuous schedule. Around 10pm, the shuttle will be able to bring guests to the after party at Lake Life Brewery as well.
Crispin Hill is a venue that is predominantly outdoors. Dinner will be served under the tent and dancing will take place in the barn on property.
We kindly ask you to dress in formal attire. Women should wear mid-length dresses, floor-length dresses, or a jumpsuit/pantsuit. Men are asked to wear a suit or sport coat with dress pants. Although the majority of your time will be spent on solid ground, the property does have some grassy areas, so be mindful of your shoe choice. Overall put your best foot forward and as they say: look good, feel good.
There is limited parking at Crispin Hill. For that reason, we are providing a shuttle for transport between the hotels and the venue.
While we do not have a room block, the happy couple and wedding party will be staying at the Best Western in Penn Yan. There are two other hotels listed on the travel page to choose from. Pro Tip: The Best Western and Microtel are located close to the ~After Party~
Your invitation will explicitly outline "guest" to designate that you have received a plus one. It will also be visible when submitting your RSVP.
