Like most people meet these days, we found love in a hopeless place: sophomore Spanish class. Our first date visited the fine establishment of Panera Bread and we rounded off the night with a timeless classic, Pitch Perfect 2. All jokes aside, after ten years together we are finally tying the knot. Through our college years, we learned how to navigate a long distance relationship. Nicole would spend her Spring Breaks in the frozen tundra of Potsdam visiting Tyler at Clarkson. Tyler’s first visit to Nicole was quite a journey. He flew on Boutique Air, the most luxurious 6 seater prop plane to grace the skies. He still thanks God to this day for getting him from Massena to Boston and back safely on that puddle jumper. Post college, Tyler headed back to Syracuse and began his engineering career, while Nicole made her way to Buffalo to pursue her medical degree. We spend every weekend together, the proof is in the miles put on our cars. We became big Bills fans and EZ pass’s favorite customers. With Nicole’s upcoming graduation and residency placement, we are excited to start a new journey: married and finally together.
