Nicole and I met our freshmen year at UNC when we were placed in the same dorm room! Within a year Nicole and I were best friends. We lived together, had class together, she was even my boss for a while (best boss ever!) Lots of late nights, early mornings, assignments, target runs, Mario party sessions, tears and laughs later we are still big parts of each other’s lives. It’s been so wonderful to watch my best friend fall in love with a man like Tony. A man who treats her and loves her the way she deserves. I got to be there on the day he asked her to spend forever with him and I can’t wait to stand by their sides on the day they get married.

My name is Kea (pronounced “Kaya”) and I am Nicole’s cousin! We are about 10 years apart in age so having the cousin relationship bloom into a genuine friendship in our adult years has been so special. Like Nicole, I have a love for travel, good food, whiskey and wine. And our Grandma Marie :) We grew up in a big car and music family, going to Dan and Cheryl’s for summer car shows and BBQs are some of my fondest memories. Not to mention the other holidays with all the family, laughing and playing Pictionary and enjoying just being together. I am honored to be a part of Nicole’s wedding party and I look forward to celebrating the love of Tony and Nicole on their special day with all of you!

My aunt and uncle kept telling me about the girl Tony was dating. They said I "had to meet her." I was like OK, I need to find out for myself. Well they were right! It was not until Nicole, Tony and Mia came to New Mexico that we really got close. That was one of the best weeks ever! We bonded so quickly. I knew from that point she was not just a girlfriend, she was family! I could not have asked for a better person to be in Tony and my beautiful goddaughter's life. Tony really hit the jackpot! Nicole, you are a strong, beautiful woman and I can't thank you enough for making those two happy and standing by Tony! I love you so much and I am so blessed to have you in my life. I can't wait for more spontaneous fun and getting to see you and Tony begin your life as a married couple!

It was 1993 when my parents saw that the neighbor was also pregnant and my dad decided to put in a gate between our houses. Nicole’s and my young relationship centered around a big red bouncy ball and running around our neighborhood. As we grew up, I moved and we went to different schools, but our friendship remained the constant in our everchanging worlds. I look forward to visiting Nicole, Tony, and precious Mia! We love having them come visit us in Wyoming, even if it means sleeping in a tent full of sand, because we always have whiskey and Murder Mystery Trivia to make it better. I count myself one of the luckiest people to still be friends with their childhood best friend and will continue to cherish even when we are 80 years old, drinking red wine, and kicking butt at Pictionary.

Nicole and I met the summer of 2015 when she started working at the golf course I had been at for 2 years prior. Throughout that year we became extremely close and she has since become one of my very best friends. There isn’t a time I don’t remember without her being a part of it; from golf tournaments to 4th of July parties, car shows to sipping wine on the patio with her parents, nights out on the town to hearing about her new relationship with Tony. We’ve been through it all in 6 short years, but it feels like a lifetime that we’ve known each other and I am beyond grateful to be standing by her side and witness her marry the man she always knew she was going to marry!

Nicole and I met back in 7th grade on the basketball court and have been buddies ever since! We have been through a lot of blood, sweat, and tears over the years and many, many basketball games. We have stayed buddies through it all! She helped me get down the aisle when I got married and has become Auntie Nicole to my two crazy boys (and our baby girl here soon!) I am so blessed to have her in my life and it is such an honor to be a part of her and Tony’s wedding, we love them so much and wish them all the happiness in the world!

Nicole and I met only about a year and half ago. Our lives were so aligned and all of our big moments happened at the same time! We connected instantly and hangout everyday (helps that we teach next door to each other)! Nicole and I love to lay by the pool and drink truly lemonades, have game nights, and go on a last minute vacation to New Orleans. There's never a dull moment and I'm so grateful for this friendship! I am so excited for Tony and Nicole to finally tie the knot and become husband and wife!
