We met 14 years ago in high school. It has been 14 years of ups and downs, tears and laughs, but our friendship remained constant. We would check in with each other over the years and if something bad happened, we knew who the first text would be. It wasn't until three years ago that we realized we were in love, and it had been in front of us the whole time. We now know how perfect it was to be friends first. Friends, best friends, a couple, fiancés, and finally, husband and wife.
