We met on a chilly San Francisco Sunday, where we were both casually late to our first date at The Page — a local bar on Divisadero that we had both frequented independently for years. But this time felt different- instantly. One drink turned into a night of nonstop conversation, laughter, and the kind of easy connection that makes you forget you just met. Nicole’s warm personality, radiant smile, and voice-that-could-carry-down-the-block won me over. Since then, we’ve been blending our worlds together—traveling across the Adriatic, hiking the forests of Slovenia, wandering through ancient ruins and eating our weight in tacos in Mexico, celebrating our friends' weddings, and moving into our first place together. We’ve split holidays between families over the years, learning what matters most to us and how we want to build our own. Thomas has blended in perfectly to the Chicago crew—especially the spirited kids—and fully leans into Italian traditions like the Feast of the Seven Fishes, cooking alongside my Mum and the multiple Santa sightings that somehow still surprise everyone. I’ve come to love the peaceful rhythm of time at the ranch and watching Kim’s garden quietly take over the backyard along with our wine excursions with Thomas’s family. These little things—family quirks, shared rituals, seasonal tomatoes—have all helped shape what we hope to carry forward into our own future. On March 22, 2025, Thomas proposed beside the Golden Gate Bridge. The sun beamed down on us as we stood hand in hand, ready to step into our future and build a life in the Bay — the same majestic place that has held our hearts for the past decade and guided our love toward one another. Now we’re planning our wedding and celebration in Napa—equally romantic and charming, and filled with the people we love most. We’re endlessly grateful for the laughs, support, and stories you’ve shared with us—and we can’t wait to raise a glass with you as we kick off our next chapter as Mr. & Mrs.
