The easiest thing is to travel to Monterrey's International Airpot (General Mariano Escobedo) and get a "taxi seguro" which are reserved at the kiosks located at the airport to your hotel. Here we provide 2 centric hotels and the link for the event discount. Ubers are safe to use in the city, but shuttle service will be provided to and from events!
