The attire is formal, this means midi or long dress for women and a suit & tie for men
At the bottom of the things to do tab we have listed 7 different beaty salons!
Our recommendations are in the "things to do" tab (right under the shopping centers) but we would say the 3 musts are: (i) Chipinque (national park inside the city with easy trails and amazing views), (ii) Huasteca Canyon (just driving is enough for the breathtaking views! The Friday lunch will most likely be in Huasteca), and (iii) Paseo Santa Lucia (located in the heart of Monterrey in Parque Fundidora - Canal lined with walking paths & outdoor murals, plus boat trips to the Mexican History Museum)
We listed a ton of restaurants in the "things to do" tab from most fancy to least. We included fine dining (Mexican, sushi and more) to local salad shops, breakfast places and more! Feel free to send us a message if you are still looking for other options!
Monterrey is full of great shopping centers! Are favorites are: Punto Valle (outdoor mall - most stores you can find in the US are here and a bunch of restaurants), Palacio de Hierro (has a lot of different stores, but also has a huge department store though it can be a bit pricy), Arboleda (outdoor shopping center with A LOT of restaurants and some shops like Lululemon, MAC store, jewelery shops and more)
Send us a message!! We are so excited and want to make sure you enjoy this weekend as much as we will!
