What should I wear?

Answer

Black-tie optional A fusion between black-tie and formal fashion. You can wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown if you want, but a dark suit with dress pants and nice loafers would be acceptable too. Similarly, a midi cocktail dress would also be appropriate instead of a floor-length gown. Colors are encouraged!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

You can begin arriving to the venue at 6 pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30. Please give yourself enough time!

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

The venue does provide complimentary valet. We will also be providing Uber and Lyft vouchers because ‘I thought I was fine to drive’ is not the wedding story we want to hear the next day.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, overlooking the ocean on a rooftop. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. All attending guests will have been addressed on the invitation.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

21+ As much as we love little ones, we’re keeping this celebration an adults-only affair. But feel free to bring them in spirit! (Unless your invitation is addressed as “The Family of…”)

Are there room blocks?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Harwichport is surrounded by smaller inns and boutique-style hotels with a limited number of rooms per establishment, which do not typically offer a room block option. Apologies!
