Like many people nowadays, we started our journey by meeting on Hinge. Nicole was ready to make a connection with someone, and Patrick seemed to catch her eye as he appeared to her 3 times, after rejecting him 2 previous times, and she took it as a sign. She got the courage to like him back and send him a little silly message referencing SpongeBob SquarePants. After his response, they started to hit it off. Finally, on their first date on March 10, 2024, they were able to meet in real life, in which they felt the sparks and strong connection. Throughout the following months, they would build their relationship and keep falling deeper in love with each other. The love has become unbreakable, and it grew more with their little Chihuahua, Baby, whom they adopted on January 2025. One beautiful evening on August 3rd, 2025, after Patrick came home to Nicole from work, he could not wait any longer and proposed to her in the kitchen, their favorite place to be.
