When is the RSVP deadline?

We hope to have all RSVPs returned by June 1st. Please contact us with further questions about RSVPs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no official dress code. We're shooting for "summer formal," but if you would like to wear jeans it won't hurt our feelings. Keep in mind that the venue is surrounded by greenery and is primarily outdoors.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both will take place at Wisteria Hall, in the UW Arboretum. The address is 2300 Arboretum Dr E, Seattle, WA, 98112

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive before 3:45 pm in order to be seated in time for the ceremony. For those driving make sure to allow time to find parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! But there is an indoor space if you need to relax inside.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

We are hoping for lots of sun and warm weather but in Seattle it is best to be prepared for a little drizzle at any time.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and then the reception.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will be having woodfired pizza, salad, cake, and a range of beverages.

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar of signature cocktails, beer, wine, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic drinks. You do not need to bring cash unless you would like to have something to tip our bartender!

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be pizza options for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike. For vegans, those who do not eat gluten, and those with other dietary needs please feel free to reach out to us so we can make sure you have options.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is located at 2300 Arboretum Dr E, Wisteria Hall, Seattle, WA 98112. It is easily accessible driving or by ride share. Public transportation runs to the arboretum from the U District and Capitol Hill.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free but can be limited depending on arboretum visitors as it is open to the public. We will have reserved accessible spots, please reach out to us so we can save one for you if you need one.

If you have questions about bringing additional family members please reach out to us as space is limited.

Can I bring a date?

Please contact us to confirm that there will be enough seating for your date if we haven’t included them in the initial invitation.
