FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4, so please arrive before 3:30.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're calling it garden party formal, which means cocktail attire with a warm-weather twist. Think flowy silhouettes and light fabrics like linen or chiffon. July can bring real sunshine here, so dress for a beautiful outdoor evening - elevated but not too stiff. One thing worth knowing: the ceremony is a short walk down a grassy hill, and both the ceremony and the dinner will be on grass, with dirt and grass paths. Flat sandals, block heels, wedges, and dressy sneakers are all fair game, but stilettos may not be the most fun to navigate the grounds in.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue has a strict guest limit, so plus ones aren't universal. Your invitation will mention whether you're welcome to bring a guest. If you have any questions, we're happy to chat!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there will be a place on your RSVP to identify any dietary restrictions.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on site!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we don't have a formal shuttle, our wedding planner has advised us to recommend scheduling an Uber or Lyft to/from your accommodation if you don't have a ride or want to be mindful of driving after a few drinks.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've chosen to keep our celebration adults-only. We know arranging childcare isn't always easy and we truly appreciate the effort - it means a lot to have you there.
