Get your drink on during Oktoberfest in Helen, GA. It is about 40 minutes away from Dahlonega. Admission is $8 during the week, $10 on Saturdays, and free on Sundays, with food and drink available for purchase. The doors open at 6 p.m. throughout the week and at 1 p.m. on Saturday, ending no later than midnight. Enjoy live music, dancing, eating and drinking all that Germany has to offer!
This is great for hiking as it is the highest waterfall east of the Rocky Mountains. It is about 30 minutes from Dahlonega.
