We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Edmonton located approximately 30 minutes from our venue. To book within our room block at a discounted rate, please use the code NNJ using the booking link. Or call 780 249 9600 and mention the room block "Nicole and Josh Wedding". Please note the cut off date to get a room at a discounted rate with our room block is November 6, 2026. Transportation will be provided for guests from the Holiday INN Express Hotel in Windermere Edmonton where our hotel block is to our venue Sparrow Lane at approximately 2:30 PM for our ceremony. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be taking the shuttle. (Please note that you can call the hotel to request early check in) At the end of the evening, shuttles will also be available to transport guests back to the Windermere hotel in Edmonton. There will be approximately two time options available at the end of the evening which will be determined closer to the wedding!
