Yes- our venue has an outdoor heated patio that is covered and can seat everyone comfortably up to -20 degrees and this is where our ceremony will take place. That being said, we still recommend that you please dress warm!
Yes, our ceremony and reception both take place at Sparrow Lane in Spruce Grove.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!
While we wish we could include everyone in celebrating our special day, plus ones are only extended to guests whose RSVP's include either a named guest or a "plus one". Thank you so much for understanding!
Yes, our bar will be cash only! Drinks will be $4 per drink!
We are fortunate to already have most of what we need as we have lived together for over 3 years. For those who enjoy giving a physical gift, we have created a small registry with a few of our "wish list" items. If you prefer, a monetary gift towards our future together would be truly appreciated. Your presence in celebrating with us is the greatest gift of all!
Transportation will be provided for guests from the Holiday INN express hotel in windermere Edmonton where our hotel block is to our venue sparrow lane at 2:00 PM for our ceremony. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will be taking the shuttle. At the end of the evening shuttles will also be available to transport guests back to the windermere hotel in Edmonton. There will be approximately two time options available at the end of the evening.
Yes, you can order Ubers or taxi's from our venue.
Yes, there is parking for those who wish to drive. Vehicles must be picked up the following morning by 10 AM. Please plan responsibly and do not drink and drive.
