Click the view link to book online directly in our block Hotel block closes April 19th so please book before this date! *Update* This hotel block is full and we were unable to reserve more rooms. Rooms may be available at regular night rate but can not be guaranteed. A 2nd hotel block has been opened at SpringHill Suites as shown below.

Please book your rooms before Sunday April 30th. To book - click link and reserve! This is an alternate hotel as, unfortunately, the first hotel is fully booked. Transportation WILL be provided between venue and this hotel as well!

Shuttle

There will be shuttles providing transportation to/from hotels & venue. Hilton Garden Inn: shuttles running starting 3-3:15 and will run continuously to pick people up in groups. Springhill Suites: there will be ONE shuttle at approximately 4pm to get to venue. Shuttles will transport back to hotel starting for an early run around 8-830 and continuously between 9-11 pm.
