The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm. Please arrive by 4:15pm.

Although we love every single one of your children, this is an adult only event.

If your invitation included a guest then yes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue where the ceremony and reception will be held. There will also be a shuttle running between the venue and hotel before and after the ceremony /reception if you would like to park at the hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle rounds will start at 3:15 from hotel to venue. The last shuttle will depart around 4 pm to bring guests to the venue for the ceremony. The shuttle will also transport guests back to hotel starting around 9:30 pm until after the reception ends.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Food will be served buffet / station style. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any food allergies that need special consideration.
