Travel Information for Wedding Guests

For those who booked their travel through our travel agent Carrie Peterson (DestinationWeddings.com) and selected shuttle transportation, you will be contacted by the travel agent in October to confirm your travel details. Please keep an eye out for their communication to ensure a smooth travel experience. If you did not book through the travel agent and have not selected shuttle transportation, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. We recommend looking into local taxi services, or transportation options on Expedia.

Please visit the airline’s site 24 hours prior to departure to verify the flight schedule and if there are any fees for checked baggage or visit their website. Some airlines also allow you to check in online 24 hours prior. * UPON DEPARTURE FROM THE US * Please be sure to arrive at the airport AT LEAST 3 hours ahead of time. Please check with your departure airlines for the recommended time needed for *international* departures. Please note that even if your first flight is a domestic flight, you MUST check in at the ticket counter for international departures. Note From Our Travel Agent - Shuttle Details

You should receive an email from cpeterson@destinationweddings.com with your unique travel itinerary and details. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RESORT: Upon arrival after clearing immigration and customs, head to the arrival hall or desk #10 inside the arrival lobby to meet your Amstar representative. An Amstar representative (wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt) will greet you inside the terminal building and escort you to your transfer vehicle. If you pre-purchased the Club MoBay "Arrival Service" inform the representative your transportation is with Amstar. To avoid missing your transfer and help ensure a timely departure please do not wait in the Club MoBay Lounge unless directed to by an Amstar Representative. Since you have already arranged for your hotel transportation, there is no need to stop with timeshare representatives or taxi operators offering you information and products in the arrival hall. To confirm your return transfer and for any other assistance, look for your Amstar representative in your hotel during the day. You can also confirm your return transfer by calling the Amstar office at 1-876-836-1113 or 1-876-550-2318. For after-hour emergencies, you can reach the Amstar Customer Service team by calling 1-876- 836-1113 or contact our 24-Hour Traveler Assistance Center.
