Cradle of Aviation Museum

The bride used to work at Cradle of Aviation in college as a museum educator. It’s one of her favorite museums in Long Island and it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon.

Astoria

The bride used to live in Astoria before moving to New Jersey and it’s still one of her favorite neighborhoods in New York. She would definitely recommend Astoria Park, The Bonnie, Museum of the Moving Image, and Comfortland.

City Island

7th Street

The bride attended Adelphi University in Garden City where she received both her master and undergraduate degrees. Check out Seventh Street in Garden City where you’ll find amazing food and shopping options. The Garden City Hotel is also located near Seventh Street and is a good hotel option if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

Bayside

The bride grew up near Bayside and is a favorite local spot. Check out Press 195, Fort Totten Park, Bay Terrace Shopping Center, Bourbon Street, and walk along Bell Blvd.
