Bob Jones Trail Head
If you are looking for a nice flat walk, this is a walk for you! You can park at the beach and walk along the golf course or park on the frontage road and walk all the way to the beach! It’s 5 miles round trip. Along the way you can grab a snack or drink at The Secret Garden (you can find live music), Alivia Market, or Mulligans (you can find live music). This is a walk we do weekly!
High Street Deli
High Street is an iconic sandwich shop in SLO! We love the Los Osos location, there is also a location in SLO. If you go between 4:20-5:30 sandwiches are half-off!
SLO Ranch Market
If you are looking for a quick bite or somewhere to walk around, you’ll like this place. There are fire pits and there is a small petting zoo/farm.
Avila Beach
Avila Beach is a guaranteed good beach day. There are not a lot of waves, it is more for relaxing on the beach or walking around. The Bob Jone's trail takes you to this beach, or you can park right at the beach. The third pier also offers a fun spot to kayak or grab food on the pier at Marsea's restaurant.
