The wedding ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside a heated gazebo tent!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight over to the designated outdoor games area or to the outdoor bar. The reception will start at 5pm and thats when you can head up to the reception tent where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
At the entrance of our venue there is designated parking slots along the perimeter of the property. We will make sure to have signs to help guide everyone. We ask that everyones vehicles be removed from the property before 10am the next morning.
If you are wanting to bring your little ones please talk to us in advance so we can properly plan for them.
The RSVP deadline will be April 5th, 2022. This gives us enough time to ensure we have the right amount of food and beverages for everyone. You can RSVP through our website, just please be sure of your attendance when selecting "attending".
Yes drinks, appetizers and a buffet dinner will be served during our reception. The dinner selection will consist of beef brisket, chicken cordon bleu, and salmon.
For our wedding we have decided to do an open bar. Saying that, we ask that you drink responsibly.
We have arranged a shuttle bus to ensure guests have a safe ride back to their accommodations.
