Shuttles to Ceremony

A shuttle service will be available to transport guests from both the Hyatt Place Hotel and Springhill Suites Hotel to Rosewood Farms at 3:30 PM. Please note that the shuttles will only make one trip, so be sure to arrive on time so you don’t miss out on the ride! Guests not staying at either hotel are more than welcome to use the shuttle service- just head to one of the pickup locations before departure.

Shuttles Back to the Hotels

A shuttle service will transport guests back to the Hyatt Place Hotel and Springhill Suites Hotel, departing at 10:15 PM. There will be 2 shuttles, and they each will be making stops at both listed hotels. If you plan to attend our after party at Deer Park Tavern, please take one of the shuttles to the Hyatt Place hotel. The Deer Park Tavern is a very short walk from the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Amtrak Newark Train Station - Thomas R. Carper

Amtrak is a great option for those traveling from the New York, Baltimore, or DC areas. The Newark Station is under a ten minute drive to the hotels listed above.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the closest airport to the hotels and our venue. PHL is about a forty minute drive from the hotels listed above without traffic.

Baltimore Washington International (BWI)

Baltimore Washington International (BWI) is another airport in the area. It is about an hour and ten minute drive from the hotels without traffic. Guests may also utilize Amtrak from BWI to the Newark station as an alternative to Uber.
