When should I RSVP by?

Answer

June 18th is the RSVP cut off to help Nic and Rosie respond to vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive no sooner than 4:15pm. The doors will close promptly at 5:00 so the ceremony is not interrupted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking that guests join us dressed in semi-formal attire. Our wedding palette mimics a flower garden. Please feel free to wear your favorite shade of orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, or purple. 🤍

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot directly in front of it, no parking fees. Please arrive early and be mindful of leaving reserved parking spaces open so the couple can exit smoothly in their getaway car.

Anything I need to know for the ceremony?

Answer

Please have your phone silenced and put away during the ceremony so you can enjoy this special occasion with the couple. Nic and Rosie are excited to stream the wedding for those who cannot be present and fully trust their hired photographer to capture all of their moments during the ceremony.

What will the reception be like?

Answer

The reception will also take place at the Palestrina directly follow the ceremony, beginning with an appetizer hour. Please feel free to enjoy the various features around the venue while you enjoy appetizers and drinks. Nic and Rosie have opted for a quiet, Sunday evening wedding, meaning that bar service will not be available at the venue. Instead, feel free to enjoy the couple’s favorite drinks and apps with loved ones around the venue—the patio is one of many great conversation areas! Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation included a plus one, please feel free to add them to your RSVP by June 18th. Catering numbers and seating charts will be completed shortly after June 18th. Unfortunately, surprise guests will be unaccommodated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Nic and Rosie’s wedding is kid-friendly due to their desire for a quiet, Sunday evening wedding. Children are welcome if they were included in the guest count on your invitation prior to the June 18th RSVP date.
