Hotel reservations must be made by September 8th to be eligible for the discount. A shuttle will be available to take everyone to and from the hotel to the venue. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant for breakfast. Please note that there is a $30/day parking fee for vehicles.

Flight

Oakland International Airport

Oakland is the nearest airport, the hotel is a 30 minute drive away. SFO is another option which may be served by the larger transAmerican flights. Both airports are accessible by BART, as is the hotel - for those that don't want a rental car. Just be careful stopping anywhere else in Oakland (recommend getting gas as far away from the OAK rental car return as possible).
