When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP for our special day by August 12th, 2026! Please note the cabin room block will be available from October 5, 2025 to August 12, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests all dressed up and feeling their best! We highly encourage formal attire. Black tie is optional. We also request you DON'T wear white!

Is there lodging in the surrounding area?

Answer

Yes! Something we love about our venue is that there are cabins on property for our guests. As there is another wedding on the Fair Hills property on Friday, we ask that you have grace and understanding when booking with the lodging team. They will do everything in their power to accommodate our guests and your requests! We've also listed an additional three hotel options in the Detroit Lakes area. Please see more information under the “Travel” tab on our website to learn how to book your stay!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For those staying at Fair Hills Resort, there is parking on site for all guests nearby to your assigned cabin. For those staying at another hotel, there is an overflow lot on site as well.
