Question

Okay, give us the details of what changed??

Answer

First and foremost, we want to apologize for changing plans for our family and friends. We originally had our wedding planned for March 30th, save the dates were stamped and ready to go, and then we were notified of Mitch's deployment being moved forward. That being said, if you cannot make the wedding, WE UNDERSTAND! We would love for everyone to be there but we understand the time crunch, the holidays that are near the date, etc. You will be receiving an invitation in the mail and the RSVP will need to be received by December 15th.

Question

Why are you getting married in Iowa?

Answer

Mitch is originally from Northeastern Iowa. He has many friends and family members still in Iowa as well. When we first started dating, I promised Mitch that we could get married in Iowa so that older family members and family friends could attend.

Question

Okay, its one thing to get married in Iowa, but Iowa in JANUARY??

Answer

Trust me, I never pictured my wedding being in January in Iowa! However, Mitch was set to deploy in May, but now that has gotten moved up to late January or February and we would like to be married before then! So whether it's snowing or 60 degrees, we're gettin' hitched!

Question

What if we can't make the trip to the great state of Iowa?

Answer

While we are inviting all of our loved ones, we COMPLETELY understand that not everyone will be able to travel to Iowa. We understand that traveling is costly including asking for time off of work. We are inviting people from all over the world from California, Montana, Japan, Cuba, North Carolina, etc. so PLEASE do not feel obligated to make the trip if it does not work for you or your family. We love you all and understand!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be at 3pm sharp! That being said, get there a little bit earlier than that, pick your seat, and get ready to party!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

HECK YES! We both love kids and Mitch will most likely be partying with them most of the night.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for the ceremony and reception. Everything will take place at Bella Sala Event Center in Tiffin, IA!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Well yeah! Who else are you gonna slow dance with!

Question

Is there going to be a bar at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour that will be hosted with a few select signature drinks, beer, wine, and a champagne toast during dinner. Otherwise it is a CASH BAR.
