DFW Airport

If you're flying in, DFW Airport is the most convenient option. It’s just 15–20 minutes from both the Courtyard Marriott and the Sanford House. Dallas Love Field is also an option, though it’s a bit farther, about 30 minutes from the hotels.

The Sanford House Inn & Spa

The Sanford House, our wedding venue, also offers beautiful on-site accommodations. Due to limited space, we’ve reserved specific rooms for a small number of guests. If you’ve been allocated a room at the Sanford House, it will be noted in your wedding invitation. Each room has already been assigned directly with the hotel. We truly wish we could host everyone on-site as we love you all equally, but space is limited. For everyone else, we’ve secured a nearby hotel room block at the Courtyard Marriott (details below) just 7 minutes away.

Courtyard Dallas Arlington/Entertainment District

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott, just 7 minutes from our venue and about 15 minutes from DFW Airport. The block includes rooms for Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, 2026, at a discounted rate of $209 per night. Please be sure to book by Wednesday, April 15, 2026. After that, any unreserved rooms will be released. Use the link on this website to make sure your reservation is part of our room block.

Travel Note

Uber Vouchers

To make travel easier for our out-of-town guests, we’ll be providing Uber vouchers for rides between the Courtyard Marriott and the wedding venue, or between the hotel and DFW Airport. Vouchers will be shared with you after you RSVP, so be sure to let us know you’re coming!
