When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 16th, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner; we hope you understand.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held outside. Please dress accordingly for the weather.

Are children invited?

Answer

Welcome Dinner: Children are more than welcome—there's a playground right next to the pavilion and plenty of space to run and play. Wedding Ceremony and Reception: As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to limit our under age guests to immediate family who are a part of our wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. Please arrive with ample time to get settled prior to the start time (i.e., at least 15 minutes early).

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be wine, beer, and a specialty cocktail. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you.

What food will be available?

Answer

All of the food provided will be vegan, including the appetizers, dinner, and desserts. If you have any other food allergies, please include them when you RSVP.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There's ample parking out front and across the street by the spa should you decide to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be provided with an Uber voucher. This can be used to get you to and from the ceremony and reception.
