Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be unplugged! We wish for all of our family and friends to be fully present and in the moment with us as we commit our lives to one another. Please do not use your cell phones or cameras during the ceremony. The reception is free game! Please take as many pictures and videos as you like! We can't wait to enjoy the night with you!

Are kids welcome at the wedding and reception?

We are looking forward to spending time with all of our adult friends and family! Even though we adore your little ones, we want to provide you with a night out of adult fun! So hire a babysitter and meet us at the party!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "And Guest," then yes! If not, we are excited to have you all to ourselves on our big day!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We have created a cash fund with Zola and a Honeymoon fund through Carnival Cruise. Both can be found on the Registry page.

Do you have recommendations for hotels in the area?

Answer

Yes! We have selected two hotels that provide options for every budget! Please see the Travel page for additional information.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Dressy Casual. We want you to be comfortable and love the way you look! Please, no blue jeans.

Question

Is transportation provided to the venue? What about traffic concerns?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can not provide transportation to our guests. If flying in from out of town, we highly suggest renting a car from a service located at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. If transportation is a concern, Uber and Lyft drivers can be found in abundance in the surrounding area. To avoid paying the high cost of an Uber or Lyft ride from Springdale, those without their own transportation may want to consider staying at the hotel listed on our Travel page that is located closer to the venue. Traffic should be considered when planning your drive to our venue in Bella Vista. The Ceremony is scheduled for 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and traffic in Northwest Arkansas (and especially in Bella Vista) can become problematic between 4:40 and 6:00 PM. Please plan on providing yourself plenty of time when driving to the venue to ensure that you arrive prior to the start of the ceremony. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Bride or Groom!

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available at the reception that will include beer, wine, and select liquors.
