The wedding will be at the Golden Gate Club in the Presidio, San Francisco, CA. There is a hotel block at the Marriott Pulse in North Beach (neighborhood that is a 10 min drive away). SFO is a super easy airport and Ubering to the city from there is only 35/40 mins.

This hotel block is a 10/15 min Uber ride away from the Presidio (where the wedding, reception and after party will be). This hotel is in North Beach, which has Coit Tower and Little Italy. Guests are welcome to stay here since it is cost effective with the hotel block and to be by the other guests, but feel free to stay where you'd like!
Flight
San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
SFO will definitely be the easiest and most cost effective hotel to fly in and out of. It's a short 35/40 min uber ride away, so there's no major need to rent a car for the weekend unless you're making other plans outside of SF to go visit!
