Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! Feel free to wear whatever you'll feel comfortable in. We'd strongly recommend flat, comfy shoes though. Ladies, we know you'd look fabulous in stilettos, but they really won't work at the farm. We'll mainly be walking on dirt, gravel, and bark chips.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to bring your little ones. You might not see their names listed when you RSVP, but they're still more than welcome. Please note, if you don't see an option to RSVP for them, this just means they won't have a steak or salmon meal option. Our caterer will be offering a separate, simpler option for kids, but we'll have plenty of food available!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Check out the "Travel" page for more information on the Hilton Garden Inn - Wilsonville/Portland. In addition, we recommend checking out local vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc). There aren't many vacation rentals in Hubbard itself, but Woodburn, Newberg, and Wilsonville are all within a 15-25 minute drive. Portland will have more options if you don't mind driving a little further (about 35 minutes). We're also encouraging people to stay the night! Please feel free to bring a tent, RV, camper, etc. We've got plenty of room at the farm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! Just be sure to mention it with the meal option when you RSVP, and we'll be happy to let the caterer know.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we'll have a section of the farm available for parking. Please take note of the map we'll be including in the formal invitation, as your GPS will be directing you to the main entrance of the farm, but we'll be having guests enter in a different area!
