We have rooms blocked off at Massanutten Resort; guests who book under our group will receive a 15% discount. There will be a shuttle service offered from the venue to the resort on the day of the wedding for select hours and operating on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly encourage this option if you plan on drinking because there are no Ubers/Lyfts available in the area. *** Important to note there are condo and hotel options—the hotel is a minimum of a one-night stay; condos are a 2-night minimum. *** Guests will have until May 4, 2026 to book their room within the room block. After this date, rooms will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the rate then in effect. Your stay includes access to the recreation centers and swimming pools at Massanutten Fitness Recreation Club and Woodstone Meadows. There are also many other activities at Massanutten, including the WaterPark, Golf courses and simulators, the Spa, Horseback Riding, Zip Lining, and much more! The Charlottesville Airport is the closest to the venue (50 minutes), but it a smaller airport with only flight with Delta, American Airlines, and United.
