We kindly ask our guests to wear semi-formal attire. If you would like to match our wedding look and feel, we welcome you to wear spring garden-party attire. Think florals, patterns, pastels, and light, airy fabrics. We included a photo above for visual help. Please wear whatever makes you comfortable—just kindly refrain from jeans/denim, overly casual clothing, and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outdoors so please plan accordingly.
Please kindly RSVP by April 1st by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We are hoping for it to be a primarily adult event aside from the children that are in the wedding! We hope our guests can use the evening as a special "date night." For our guests traveling from out of state, we understand you may need to bring your little ones and do not want that to be the reason you are unable to make it. If your children will be joining us, please reach out and let us know how many and whether they will be enjoying dinner with us so we can plan accordingly. We just ask you to please be mindful of them during the ceremony and special moments such as the first dance, etc.
We have rooms blocked off at Massanutten Resort; guests who book under our party will receive a 15% discount. There will be a shuttle service offered from the venue to the resort on the day of the wedding for select hours and operating on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly encourage this option if you plan on drinking because there are no Ubers/Lyfts available in the area. Please note there are condo and hotel options—the hotel is a minimum of a one-night stay; condos are a 2-night minimum. Guests will have until May 4, 2026 to book their room within the room block. After this date, rooms will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the rate then in effect. You can book under our group by clicking the following link, calling 540-289-4032 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm), or emailing grouplodging@massresort.com. We are having an "unplugged ceremony," meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like—and don't forget to share them with us!
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages on us!
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already, RSVP'd, "Attending," but find you will not be able to make it, please notify Asa/Hailey as soon as you are aware.
