Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend. We will provide transportation to/from the wedding if you are staying at the Ramada Inn. There will be a shuttle leaving at 3:00pm taking you to the venue and a return shuttle departing from the venue after the festivities at 10:00pm to drop back to the Ramada Inn.

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Guys don't feel obligated to wear a suit jacket if you don't want to.

Mask not required since it is an outdoor event but please wear one if you'll feel more comfortable. Your safety is priority. For dinner, tables will be spread out and a seating chart made, seating you with either family or a crowd you know and trust. Please mingle at your own discretion.

Reception

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Dinner, drinks, and dancing to follow our ceremony. There's not much concrete, mostly dirt, gravel or grass. The weather should be mid 70's during the day and high 50's at night but it is Florida so just keep a watch on the weather closer to the date. The venue is on the river so it may get chilly at night.
