Here are a few things we love about the Bay Area that we wanted to share with you. We'll be adding more suggestions as we get closer to the wedding, so keep an eye out.

Explore the happy couple's neighborhood on a stroll down Shattuck Ave with a sandwich from Grégoire, or a coffee from Peets in your hand. And don't be shy about a picnic in Live Oak Park if that suits your fancy.

North Berkeley

There are tons of great hiking trails all around the mountain, as well as easy access by car to the summit for some great views of the bay, ocean, and cityscapes. A favorite hiking destination of the happy couple!

Mount Tamalpais

Located at the base of Mt. Tam, this is a great spot to walk around before/after a visit to Mt. Tam. It's also the town where the ceremony and reception will take place. Go for the shopping, stay for the redwoods.

Mill Valley

If you like roses and terracing, this is the place for you. Featuring more than 3,000 rose bushes, this park is a frequent stop along Sophie and Nick's walks.

Berkeley Rose Garden

Bike up Spruce St, take a right at Summit Reservoir onto Grizzly Peak Blvd, and follow the ridge for another ~3.5 miles to reach Sophie and Nick's favorite midday biking destination. Pack a layer because it's windy on the way down!

Grizzly Peak

Don't leave Berkeley empty handed! Grab a bite at Bette's Oceanview Diner and hit the shops on this beautiful stretch of 4th. St.
