Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles to and from the wedding venue will be picking up and dropping off from The Quality Inn, The Ridgeline and Trailborn Rocky Mountains hotel. They are all within 5 minutes of one another and nearby the main road that heads up to Wild Basin Lodge. NOTE: Uber and Lyft services are not available in the area! There is Safe Ride you can call if you are in Estes Park: 970-682-9985

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot adjacent to Wild Basin Lodge where you can also leave a car overnight if necessary.

We respectfully ask our guests to bring the invited party only.

Answer

In planning our celebration, we have made the decision to only have in attendance kiddos of our direct family. While we adore children, we believe that this choice will allow all our guests to fully enjoy the festivities and create a more intimate and formal atmosphere. We hope you understand and respect our decision.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

During the day you can expect sunshine and potentially rain showers in the afternoon. We encourage our guests to pack accordingly for the evening. The weather in the mountains is often cool at night even in the summer time. The average temperature can be up to 80 degrees during the day with a low of 50 degrees at night.

What is the altitude of Estes Park and Allenspark?

Answer

Estes Park: 7,522' Allenspark: 8,428' (Wild Basin Lodge) Drink lots of water and mind your alcohol intake if you are coming from a lower altitude!
