Schedule Update!
We will have two shuttles for our guests.
They will ONLY pick up and drop off from the Quality Inn. Please make sure you are ready and IN the shuttles by 3:30pm.
Feel free to enjoy a glass of bubbly until Wild Basin's staff ushers you to the ceremony site, called the Meadow. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm.
Ceremony will last about 20-30 minutes.
Water will be provided as you walk out to the Meadow. We also recommend hats, fans and sunscreen since you will be outside.
Cocktail hour to follow.
At 6:10pm guests will be asked to find their tables/seats.
Around 7:45pm, guests will walk to River Run for our First Dance/special dances.
At 8pm, get ready to hit the dance floor inside!
Last call is at 9:15pm. Bar will close at 9:30pm.
For folks wanting to leave a little early, the shuttles can take you back to the Quality Inn at 9pm.
Shuttles will pick up all guests at 10pm and drop off at Quality Inn.
Time will fly! We’ll try to keep the party going at Quality Inn 😉😎
