No, we're sorry but our ceremony and reception is an adults only event. We love your children - we really do, but due to venue restrictions, we can only accommodate for so many people to attend. Thank you for understanding and we very much hope you will still be able to celebrate with us!
Yes, at the Hilton Auburn Hills Suites. Please book your room as soon as possible to take advantage of the group rates. Please book through the website link provided or by calling the hotel and referencing the Matevia-Folas wedding. Please be aware that the hotel is accommodating five other wedding blocks that day and anticipates that all rooms in the hotel will be booked by the beginning of May. Please book your rooms as soon as possible.
Yes, those who book a room at the hotel can sign up for shuttle rides that will be set up at pre-determined pick-up/ drop off times. When booking your room/ upon check-in please make sure you are signed up to get a ride on one of the shuttles. We also booked a shuttle with the company D & D Executive Transportation. This company will only be providing shuttle service later in the evening during the reception. Any guest can utilize this shuttle to get them back to the hotel, even if they are not hotel guests.
Please do not rely on doing this. We were warned by our wedding venue that Ubers and Taxis never show up to pick guests up from the venue due to the location being "out of the way". Please make sure you have another way home if this was your plan or please utilize one of the shuttles we have booked for your convenience.
Please dress in formal or semi-formal attire. Ladies, please be aware that we are planning on having an outdoor ceremony/ reception (dinner inside) weather permitting and there will be times that you will need to walk on grass, brick pavers and go up and down stairs...so choose your shoes wisely - spike heels should be worn at your own risk!!

The ceremony will be outside by the gazebo. Cocktail hour will be located outside towards the back of the venue (there is also a bar inside). We will begin our reception inside with dinner. Once dinner and dessert are over, we will head back outside for a fun night under the stars! *If the weather does not permit, all events will be held inside the venue.*

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to the start time so we can begin on time. :)

After the reception, we plan to gather at the hotel bar to finish out the evening (*cash bar*). Anyone is welcome to join. Our wedding block is also provided with complimentary breakfast coupons for Sunday morning. Please make sure to ask for the coupons upon check-in. We plan to be downstairs in the hotel lobby to say goodbye to anyone that is up to joining us on Sunday before checkout.
Oh yes there will be! We will have passed appetizers, a full open bar, a buffet with multiple food choices, a dessert table and a late night snack! Our mission is to make you stuffed!
Of course there will be dancing! We have arranged to have a DJ and the plan is for everyone to dance the night away under the stars (weather permitting). We are also planning on having a Photo Booth! We plan to use this as our guestbook so please take as many pictures as you want and make sure to write us a message on the page where your photos are attached! Also, we love photo booths, so if we're nearby, grab us for photos with you as well!
