Carpooling and Travel

For those who are either driving for just our wedding day and/or staying overnight, we do ask that you carpool to the venue. As mentioned in the FAQ's we have limited parking, and once that is full, we will provide a shuttle bus from the shopping mall parking lot to the venue.

Spark by Hilton West Coxsackie

If you would like to stay overnight after our wedding celebration, we have blocked a few rooms for your stay from Saturday, October 11-Sunday, October 12th. It is 18 minutes from the venue. If you book online or over the phone, you can use either the Group Name: Fede or the Group Code: 501

Greenville Arms 1889 Inn

If you are looking for something more quaint and closer to the venue, Greenville Arms Inn is a cute bed and breakfast that is just a 2 minute drive away from the venue. We have limited rooms blocked for an overnight stay after our wedding celebrations from Saturday, October 11th- Sunday, October 12th. To make a reservation, please call the venue directly, not their website as the rooms blocked will not be available there. Use the name FEDE-TORRES to book your reservation. Lastly, you will have a delicious complimentary breakfast as part of your stay!
