FAQs- VERY IMPORTANT!

Question

What If I Didn't RSVP In Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (August 25th), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Am I Allowed To Bring A Plus 1?

Answer

No. In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest. For families, it will list "(your name) & Family

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults- only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to either find parking or be shuttled to the venue from the public parking a few blocks away from the venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:45pm, so please plan to arrive by 2:15pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed. If this happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so hang tight and we will see you after the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there Parking Available at the venue?

Answer

Yes and no. There is complimentary guest parking. The on-site venue parking is reserved for family and bridal party only. However, there is limited guest parking in front of the venue at the country club. That is first come-first serve. Once that is full, you will need to park down the road at the strip mall where the shuttle will be giving rides to the venue every 10 minutes! Which is why it is imperative that you get to us on time so you don't miss the ceremony!

Question

Will the Ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held outdoors, we recommend a shawl or light jacket for the evening. The dance floor will be indoors.

Question

What Is The Dress Attire?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dolled up but also comfortable for our outdoor wedding! The attire is SEMI-FORMAL. Men: Suits Women: Semi-formal Floor Length or Mid-Length Dress Shoes: Whatever you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the property has grass, rock, and dirt terrain. **Suggestion for ladies to wear a thicker heel as the ceremony and most of the celebration will be outdoors. We will have heel protectors but would advise the above! **Please NO Jean/denim pants **Please NO white, cream, ivory, or white shaded dresses or suits

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

With our wedding being mostly outdoors, excluding the dance floor, prepare for the weather to be 65 degrees during the day and around 50 degrees after sunset. Please dress accordingly.

Question

What Type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner with various delicious artisanal wood-fired pizza options as well as a few sides!

Question

How Does Seating Work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be intentionally arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or partner).
