Yes, a shuttle service will be provided to take guests to/from hotels and venue. The shuttle will make stops at the Hampton Inn and Courtyard Marriott. If you are staying elsewhere, feel free to walk or drive over to one of these hotels to get picked up for the wedding. There will be two shuttles going from the venue back to the hotels. One will be earlier at 9:00 PM and the other one at the end of the reception around 10:30 PM. See shuttle schedule below (shuttle will LEAVING the hotel at the time listed so please be early): 3:15 PM - Hampton Inn 3:30 PM - Courtyard Marriott 8:45-9:00 PM - 1st shuttle 10:30-10:45 PM - 2nd shuttle
Yes. We’ll have two parking attendants on-site to guide everyone and make sure parking is easy and stress-free. There will be shuttles available to all guests at the parking lot that will take you to the entrance of the ceremony.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.
