We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Nick and Rianna first met in the summer of 2011, just before their senior year of high school. At the time, Nick was living in West Virginia and visiting his childhood friend, Richard, in Arizona, who happened to be mutual friends with Rianna. They met at a house party, and while chatting, realized they had actually gone to 7th grade together (even though neither remembered the other). They hit it off that summer, going on their first date to Paradise Bakery, followed by a trip to the mall. Once Nick returned home to West Virginia, Rianna even wrote Nick a heartfelt letter to continue their fling, which he still hasn’t responded to... (We’re all still waiting, Nick.) After that summer, they kept in touch through texts and phone calls, but slowly drifted apart as life took them in different directions. Nick joined the Navy, while Rianna completed physical therapy school, moved to Texas, and started her career. Still, Rianna referred to Nick as “the one that got away” to her friends and Nick found himself wondering what could have been. Fast forward to 2020, Nick reached out to Rianna on none other than Snapchat, and the spark was still there. What started as casual conversations quickly turned into hours long phone calls. In April 2021, Nick visited Rianna in Texas, and it became clear they wanted to give this a real shot. They dated long distance until May 2022, when Nick made the move from North Carolina to Texas. Since then they have made countless great memories, shared lots of laughs, and simply love doing life together whether they are out and about or just chilling on the couch watching TV. In November 2024 Nick popped the question on her cousin’s ranch in Ennis, TX with her mom and sister present. Rianna was so shocked she first said, “I think I am going to pass out,” took a moment to recover, and then finally said yes! They are so excited for their future together!
