Yarra Valley Lodge is located approximately 25 minutes' drive from the wedding venue and we will have shuttles arranged to transport people to and from the wedding venue on the wedding day. Balgownie Estate Yarra Valley

This hotel is located a 5 minute drive from the wedding venue and is a boutique winery hotel. We will be arranging shuttles to and from this hotel to the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. Arriving by Plane

The best airport to fly into is Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport (MEL). The wedding is located in the scenic Yarra Valley, approximately 1 hour's drive north of Melbourne, VIC. For those coming from overseas, it may be more cost effective to fly into Sydney Airport (SYD). From there you have the option of spending a few days exploring Sydney before booking a domestic flight from Sydney to Melbourne. Please note the baggage policies if you fly Jestar Airlines, as they differ from USA airlines and make sure you purchase the amount of baggage needed ahead of time to save money. We are happy to provide any advice if those travelling from overseas have any questions!

Visa information for USA Visitors

A visa is needed to enter Australia from the US. Check out the guidance on travel to Australia on the state department website. Most people will just need the Subclass 601 ETA (electronic travel authority). There is an app you get on your phone through which you submit your ETA application.
