Please arrive before 3:45. The ceremony begins at 4 pm. If you take the shuttle (see "Travel" tab for details) it will get you there early enough. If you are getting yourself there, arriving early will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" - no phones or cameras please. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment, and we will share our photos when we receive them. We would hate to see your phones blocking your happy face in our photos. Feel free to snap away after the ceremony!
See our "Attire" section for examples. We ask that you dress to the level of "Cocktail Attire" to balance class and comfort. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, likely on grass, weather permitting. It may get hot (80's) outside, so plan attire and shoes accordingly. Be ready to dance (inside) too!

Children named on your RSVP are welcome as long as they are attended at all times! A pond and other potential hazards require your diligence.
Please kindly RSVP by May 1st in the RSVP tab above to give our vendors' finalized numbers. If we have not heard from you, we will have to count you out.

Yes, with open beer and wine and toasting bubbles provided. Non-alcohol options will be available. If you are not taking the shuttle back to the hotel, please arrange transportation so that you DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
