When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by August 1, 2019. You can RSVP for the wedding using the enclosed RSVP card or by using the online RSVP page on this website.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone -- especially the parents! -- can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:30PM, however we will have welcome drinks available starting at 5:00 for those ready to start celebrating early!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather allowing, the ceremony will be held at an outdoor ceremony site on grass, and the cocktail hour will also be outside though with covered options. The reception itself will be indoors.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from any photography during the ceremony itself so that you can be present with us fully to celebrate, and to allow our amazing photographer (Amanda Pomilla Photography) to capture the event perfectly. After the ceremony, bring on your best Instagram shots! Please use our hashtag #NicksMaiaOneAndOnly to share the love on social media

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot available should you choose to drive your own car. However, we suggest you use Uber, Lyft, or our available transportation (see Travel & Accommodations page) so that you can feel free to have that extra drink and let your wild side shine

Will there be food?

Answer

Oh yes! We will have hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a full dinner during the reception .. and don't forget to save room for dessert!
