✨ Welcome Party: Catamaran Edition! ✨

To honor Nick’s mom, Estella, we invite all guests to wear sunset colors to our welcome party, including peach, coral, blush pink, soft orange, warm gold, light yellow, and lavender. These colors reflect her warmth, light, and love. As the sun sets over the water, we hope the boat glows in her colors as we begin this celebration together.
Our wedding festivities kick off with our Welcome Party on the water! Because we’re a big group, pick-up will begin at 3:15 PM sharp. Please be on time -the boats run on a strict schedule and we’ll be heading straight to the marina. Once we arrive, we’ll board our private catamaran for an evening sail from 5:00–8:00 PM. Expect perfect views, cocktails, music, and the best vibes to officially start the celebration. After docking, transportation will take everyone back to the hotel… and then, for those who survive the seas and still have energy, we’ll rendezvous for our Mandala Night Out on Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue.

For those who can hang with us past the welcome party, we’re keeping the night alive at Playa’s iconic Mandala Nightclub. Known for its music, dancing, and electric atmosphere, it’s the spot to celebrate into the early hours. ✨ We’ll be reserving an official space for our group so we can stay together and party in style. Because of this, we’ll need an accurate headcount. 👉 Please RSVP for Mandala if you’re joining us, so we can make sure you’re included in our reservation. ⏰ We’ll most likely be heading over around 10:00 PM, and the club stays open until 3:00 AM so pace yourselves accordingly!

Poolside & Recovery day

After the big day, we know many of us will be operating at a… slower pace. Join us for a hungover Poolside & Recovery Day where the only goals are hydrating, floating, and surviving together. Expect sunshine, shade, snacks, and zero responsibilities. Swimsuits, sunglasses, and messy buns are absolutely encouraged. Come whenever you’re awake enough, stay as long as you can, and recover with us before heading home. We can’t wait to laugh, lounge, and nurse our collective hangovers by the pool.
