From Brussels International airport to Ghent

BY TRAIN: The train stops are "Gent Sint-pieters" or "Gent Dampoort". You can buy a train tickets at the airport when you arrive. https://www.belgiantrain.be/en/tickets-and-railcards/airports/brussels-airport By Taxi: Taxis are always available at the airport. It is around 50 euro's to get to Ghent. If you would like us to help you book one for your arrival please let us know!

How do I get around in Ghent?

Answer

Ghent has a good public transportation system and is a very bike friendly city! There are buses, trams, taxis, and bike rentals. Ghent does not have Uber (sadly). Booking a Taxi

Taxi's you pick up on the street or order determine their own prices. -Vtax: you can use an app to book their taxis : https://www.v-tax.be/ Taxi's that are stationed at official taxi places in and around Ghent have standard prices: - Starting price of 10 euro (11 USD; ~84 HKD) incl first eerste 3 km - 2,50 euro (2,7 USD; 21 HKD) per kilometre starting from 3 km - 50 euro (54 USD; 432 HKD) per hour of driving - 2,50 euro extra for the trip of taking it at night.

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

The wedding venue is a 30 mins drive from central Ghent. We suggest booking a taxi in advance and sharing this to and from the venue. We are happy to help you book a taxi!
